Lost 2FA?
If you’ve lost your backup codes which we’ve sent you via email when you first enabled 2FA and lost the actual code itself on the authenticator app then here’s what you should do:
1) Reach out to help@creatoryogames.com and give a brief overview on how this occurred.
2) Provide clear proof that you are the account owner.
3) Once you have provided clear proof and we have identified that your the individual who owns the account, we’ll disable 2FA automatically for you.
To prevent accidental deletions in the future, it’s important to be mindful on what you’re removing.
