Lost 2FA?
If you’ve lost your backup codes which we’ve sent you via email when you first enabled 2FA and lost the actual code itself on the authenticator app then here’s what you should do:
1) Reach out to help@creatoryogames.com and give a brief overview on how this occurred.
2) Provide clear proof that you are the account owner (you will need to submit proof to verify your ownership of the account).
3) Once you have provided clear proof and we have identified that your the individual who owns the account, we’ll disable 2FA automatically for you.
To prevent accidental deletions in the future, it’s important to be mindful on what you’re removing and understand what can go wrong.
Forgotten email address?
At this moment of time, there is no way to recover your account if you’ve forgotten your email. Please consider taking the advice from down below.
1) In the email app you use, search for “no-reply@blog.creatoryogames.com”.
2) If you’ve saved your email using the browser’s password manager then you may find the associated one with the account there.
3) Many devices or browsers store autofill information, including the email address you’ve used to log into accounts. Check the settings for saved forms or autofill information.
